This update includes presets that enable Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 to edit progressive-scan HDV video recorded in JVC's ProHD progressive-scan modes. Supported modes: 24P, 25P, and 30P.

Note: Export to tape is not supported in 24P mode. If you choose export to tape, the action will fail.

To install the presets:
You must have a copy of Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0 installed on your system.
1) Copy the "JVC ProHD HDV.xml" file into the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0\Plug-ins\en_US\Editing Modes
Note: If you have installed Adobe Premiere Pro on a localized (non-English) version of Windows XP, the "en_US" path will have a different name, such as "ja_JP" (for Japanese). In this case, install it into the "Editing Modes" folder within this folder.
2) Copy the folder "JVC ProHD" into the following folder:
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro 2.0\Settings\en_US\
Note: If you have installed Premiere Pro on a localized (non-English) version of Windows XP, the "en_US" path will have a different name, such as "ja_JP" (for Japanese). In this case, install it into the folder that corresponds to your language.
3) Restart Adobe Premiere Pro and click the New Project button. There will be a new folder of Presets called "JVC ProHD." Choose the preset that corresponds to the framerate of your source material.
